Supervisor Training Series

The MSU WorkLife Office is proud to present the 2023–2024 Supervisor Training Series. As a leader, you are called to manage change within your unit, promote DEI efforts, and support employees. WorkLife Office’s Supervisor Training Series brings you practical support and solutions to assist you with the range of responsibilities of supervisors from a work-life perspective.

Whether you are a new supervisor or experienced, the Supervisor Training Series offers ideas, inspiration, and insights for an increasingly complex role. From supporting neurodivergence in the workplace, to employees who are caregivers, or employees who are navigating substance use recovery, the MSU WorkLife Office’s Supervisor Training Series is here to provide guidance in your role as a supervisor at MSU.

The series is comprised of 8 webinars over the 23-24 academic year, which will assist you with effectively supporting your employees while setting your own personal and professional boundaries as well. Sessions will take place virtually, from 1-2pm, on the 1st Tuesday of each month for the 2023-2024 academic year (except for the January session, which will take place on the 2nd Tuesday to avoid the University Holiday).
