Wellbeing Wednesdays: Therapeutic Yoga for All Bodies

  • Learn and practice one yoga breathing exercise and 2 foundational yoga postures that can be practiced anywhere….by anyone.  (This will be super accessible.)
  • Understand how and why these particular techniques work on the release of tension, postural strength, and mental health….all at the same time.
  • Appreciate the accessibility and unique approach of the Calcutta/Ghosh tradition of therapeutic yoga.
