Supported through a Masters in Sports Administration plus certifications in Group Exercise, Yoga, and Personal Training, retirement hasn’t stopped Rebecca Kegler form leading by example! She has returned to campus this fall to lead MSU classes both in-person and online with virtual Chair Yoga now reaching MSU audiences across our state from the Upper Peninsula to Downriver Detroit. Join this easy-to-do class as she shares knowledge, enthusiasm, and simple practices which promote living a stronger, healthier, active life
