Advancing Diversity through Alignment of Policies and Practices (ADAPP)
Reports and information on the National Science Foundation’s ADAPP-ADVANCE grant project, aimed at identifying and acting on factors to equalize participation of women in STEM fields, and broadened at MSU to encompass all fields:

Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) is a Harvard-based consortium that researches academic climate, recruitment, retention and key drivers of success to help identify steps that improve all three.  Below is a selection of their data:
