Participants will:

-learn a 6 word framework for navigating life effectively

-Identify 2-3 core values they will use to guide them on their caregiving journey

About the Speaker: Lisa Laughman

This session was facilitated by Lisa Laughman, Lead Emotional Wellness Consultant for the MSU Health4U program.  Lisa is also a person that has provided end of life care to 6 of her own elders and she will share her personal experience as well as her professional expertise gained over 30 years as a grief counselor.
