About the Speaker

Robert Dozier

Mr. Robert E. Dozier IV.

Muskegon Michigan native currently resides in Holt, MI with wife Latissa, son Romeell, and daughter Rhema.  Robert relocated to the Lansing Area as a student athlete (football) at Michigan State University in 1992. Upon graduating from MSU Robert began his professional career with a brief stint with Jackson National Life Insurance Co, then progressing to the State of Michigan as a caseworker for the Family Independence Agency (DHS), Kent Co.  Mr. Dozier then took the journey of becoming an educator attending Lansing Community College and Saginaw Valley State University landing his first teaching contract with the Lansing School District, he is currently a Social Studies Educator within Holt Public Schools and now 20-year education veteran. Robert has coached three sports within the district Football, Basketball, and Track. Currently serving as Systems Analysis Chair of H.E.A.T, the Holt Equity & Access Team.
