Lactation: How to Get Started and Keep Going

Although lactation is natural, it is a learned skill. The purpose of these workshops is to help prepare soon-to-be parents and their partners for the journey of lactation, including strategies for continuing to feed through lactation upon returning to work.

New Parent/Caregiver Educational Series

Free to MSU faculty, staff, and student parents

is a four-part program that occurs weekly over the lunch hour. The series runs approximately twice per year to provide parents and caregivers of infants information and resources that help with the adjustment of life with a new baby.
