Lactation support is a top need for new parents. As you transition back into the workplace, you may have concerns or questions about lactation in the workplace. The WorkLife Office has partnered with the Expectant Parent’s Organization Consultant, Natosha Sage-El Bylsma to bring you important information and tips regarding lactation in life and lactation in the workplace.

About the Speaker: Natosha Sage-El, Bylsma, Lactation Consultant, Expectant Parents Organization

Natosha graduated from Michigan State University, Go Green! She has worked for Expectant Parents Organization as an instructor, primarily teaching Newborn Care, Breastfeeding and Infant Safety. She also facilitates Capital Area Baby Cafe. As Co-Executive Director of Next Generation Family Services, she is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, providing lactation services to the Mid MI area. She serves as the Chair on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Breastfeeding Network. Natosha works alongside mental health providers in the Greater Lansing area, serving with the Capital Area Perinatal Wellness Coalition. Natosha is CPR certified as well as a Child Passenger Safety Technician. Currently, she has two boys who started her passion into the birth and lactation world, is expecting her third boy in Fall of 2023 and got married in 2021.
