Event Description

For the October session of the Family Employee Resource Group, we’ll be focusing on financial wellness. Come join us as TIAA presents guidance around your midcareer retirement check in. During this session, we’ll be discussing the keys to successful money management, how to juggle competing financial demands and retirement saving strategies for lifelong financial security.

This event will take place in room 113 Linton Hall (479 West Circle Drive, East Lansing, MI 48823) and will also have a virtual option to join. For those in person, food will be provided for attendees and registration will be capped at 25 attendees. **More details to come soon on the food options**

About the Speaker: Elizabeth Crawley, Financial Consultant, TIAA

Elizabeth “Maggie” Crawley is a Financial Consultant at TIAA (tiaa.org), a Fortune 100 financial services organization and leading provider of asset management and retirement services for the academic, research, medical and cultural fields.

In her role as a Financial Consultant at TIAA, Maggie is focused on helping participants plan for their financial well-being and retirement readiness. She meets with employees one-on-one and provides personalized counseling, education, and advice, including specific asset allocation and fund selection recommendations using an advice methodology from an independent third-party based on the plan’s investment options.

Maggie began her financial services career in 2013 and has been with TIAA since 2018. She serves our institutional clients in the State of Michigan from the local East Lansing TIAA office. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alma College. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 registrations while maintaining Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses from the States of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
