Supervisor Training 2023 Spring
With such a high level of interest in this Fall 2022 Supervisor Training Series: Supporting Employees with Chronic Health Conditions, we have decided to build upon this learning.
As reports of “quiet quitting” and the Great Resignation have shown, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the nature of our work for many and the relationship that some workers have with their jobs. Our workplaces play a significant role in our mental health and wellbeing, which impacts our overall quality of life. With this 4-part series, the WorkLife Office brings you information and guidance around, employee mental health and wellbeing, women leaders in the workplace, conflict resolution, as well as recognizing and minimizing burnout.
The Supervisor Training Series Part II will take place virtually, from 1-2 p.m., on the 4th Tuesday of each month for the Spring 2023 semester.
