Lactation Education Series
Although lactation is natural, it is a learned skill. This four-part program is designed to give pregnant parents and their partners information on preparing to breast/chest feed and strategies for continuing to breast/chest feed upon returning to work.

Family Employee Resource Group
February 10: How to Support Your Children’s Learning from Technology
- A place for Spartans to connect on family related topics with the goal of connecting, building community, and sharing best practices regarding raising or caregiving for children and caregivers. Meets monthly around different topics.
- Young children learning from screens – what works and what doesn’t? In this session, we’ll talk about what we know from research about children and screens and how caregivers can use that information to support their children’s learning.

Today’s Fathers: Caring, Committed, and Conflicted
- Fathers and guardians of all ages are welcome to listen how COVID has impacted gender roles on the home front and the research on the changing role of fathers in the workplace. Speaker Dr. Brad Harrington’s research and teaching focuses on career management and work-life integration, the changing role of fathers, and contemporary workforce management strategies.
